What does JBPK Enterprise do?
JBPK Enterprise builds websites, Google Business Profiles, business email and monthly visibility reports (including AI search optimisation) for Malaysian small businesses, so customers can find and contact you on Google, Maps and AI assistants. We are a one-person company; an AI team handles the writing, building, checking and reporting.
Where is JBPK based, and which areas does it serve?
JBPK Enterprise is registered in Batu Pahat, Johor (SSM 202103314176 (LA0038735-U)) and serves small businesses across Malaysia; all work is done online and in writing, with no meetings needed.
How do I contact JBPK, and when do you reply?

How much do the website packages cost?
JBPK Enterprise has three fixed, published-price packages, each with two payment options (Option A: setup fee + monthly fee; Option B: no setup fee): Presence RM1,200 + RM99/month, or RM199/month; Leads RM3,500 + RM399/month, or RM690/month; Sales RM5,800 + RM599/month, or RM1,080/month. Every customer pays the same price, so there is no need to ask for a quote.
Is there a monthly fee? How long is the contract?
Every JBPK Enterprise package is paid monthly, with a minimum term of 12 months counted from your first payment; before it ends, we confirm in writing whether you want to renew. Your price does not change during the term.
Are there any other costs?
JBPK Enterprise packages already include hosting, SSL, updates and reports; third-party costs such as Google Workspace licences and ad spend are charged at the platform's actual rate, paid by you directly, and listed before you sign.
How soon can my website go live?
JBPK Enterprise sends the first draft within 7 working days of receiving your complete information and first payment, with two rounds of changes included. If there is no first draft within 14 working days, you can ask for a full refund of the setup fee or first payment.
Can I change my website later?
Yes, every JBPK Enterprise package includes change requests each month: Presence 1, Leads 3, Sales 5. If you would rather edit text and photos yourself, you can add the self-edit mode.
Who owns the domain and the website content?
You do, not JBPK Enterprise. The domain and platform accounts (Google Business Profile, Google Workspace and so on) are opened in your name, with us added as an administrator.
How do I pay?
JBPK Enterprise charges your debit or credit card automatically each month through Razorpay Curlec; work starts once the first payment clears.
What do you guarantee?
JBPK Enterprise gives a 90-day visibility promise: if your Google visibility is not higher than day 0 after 90 days live, next month's fee is waived (details in the Terms of Service).
What is AI search optimisation, and how does JBPK do it?
AI search optimisation means that when customers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI for “a good XX near me”, the AI can find you and describe you correctly; it is included in every JBPK Enterprise package. We write your services, prices, areas, opening hours and contact details as question-and-answer text that AI can read; keep your details consistent on Google, Bing and elsewhere; let AI crawlers in; collect reviews; and regularly test whether AI mentions you and gets your details right, with the results in your report (Presence quarterly, Leads and Sales monthly).
Do you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?
JBPK Enterprise does not guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend you: AI answers differ every time, and nobody can guarantee a position. What we commit to is the work we do, and regular test results: how many times we asked AI, how many times it mentioned you, and what it got wrong.
What doesn't JBPK do?
JBPK Enterprise does not build mobile apps or custom software, does not post fake reviews, does not give discounts, and does not promise search or AI rankings.
Which businesses is each package for?
JBPK Enterprise's Presence package suits walk-in shops (barbers, cafés, workshops, clinics); Leads suits businesses that sell by enquiry or appointment (renovation, tuition centres, aesthetics, property and insurance agents, B2B); Sales suits online shops, courses and subscription services.
