Returns
- Jar broken or leaking on arrival: send a photo on WhatsApp within 3 days for a replacement or full refund.
- Opened food can't be returned, except once on a first order if the taste isn't for you.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

How hot is it?
Every jar is marked 1–3 for heat; the Vegetarian Sambal is the mildest.
Do you ship to East Malaysia?
Yes, RM15 shipping, free over RM150.
What if a jar arrives broken?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll resend or refund, your choice.
