This policy explains how JBPK Enterprise keeps payments and personal data safe. For what data we collect and why, see our Privacy Notice.
Payments
- Card and bank details are entered on and processed by our payment provider, Razorpay Curlec, which is certified to the PCI-DSS card security standard.
- We never see or store your full card number, card security code (CVV) or online banking password.
Website
- The whole website uses HTTPS encryption.
- The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides protection against common attacks.
- Forms are checked for spam and abuse, and repeated submissions are limited.
Your data
- Personal data is shared only with the service providers listed in our Privacy Notice, and only what they need.
- Only staff who need it to deliver your service can access customer data. Admin accounts are protected by email verification codes.
- We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months if you do not become a customer, and customer records for 7 years after the agreement ends (accounting requirement).
Reporting a problem
If you notice suspicious activity, a suspicious payment request using our name, or a security issue on our website, email [email protected]. We reply within 1 working day.
